Font Request

February 3, 2026

One of the more underrated benefits of working with an agency is having someone whose job is actually focused on design.

A lot of smaller brands don't have that. They're designing emails themselves, or pulling something together quickly between other priorities. That usually means design stays "good enough" but never really moves forward.

Design improvement isn't about one email looking nicer. It's about consistency, hierarchy, spacing, typography — all the little things that make a brand feel more polished over time.

When we work with clients, having a dedicated designer means we're not just building emails. We're slowly elevating the brand's visual system. Fonts get standardized. Layouts get cleaner. Sections become reusable.

We regularly see clients screenshot parts of emails and reuse them on Instagram, in ads, or in other channels. Sometimes they'll ask what font we're using so they can match it elsewhere.

That's when you know the design is doing its job. Email becomes a testing ground for brand visuals — not just a place to send campaigns. And over time, that consistency makes everything easier across platforms.
